The architectural design also enables us to quickly and easily customize ShippersEdge to meet your needs.   No other TMS Transportation Management System or shipping software has greater flexibility.  For instance, if you were in need of some custom logic to run at any point within the lifecycle of your shipment within our TMS, we could easily write the logic and incorporate it into our system with minimal impact and maximum effectiveness.   And at a much lower cost than comparable TMS systems.

ShippersEdge is Cloud Based Software

ShippersEdge is a hosted application meaning there is minimal IT investment required by you.  Servers are professionally managed and collocated at a Tier 3 Hosting Provider as well as Google Cloud Platform.  Redundancy and offsite backup systems are in place as well.  This gives us the greatest uptime and security to ensure your data is always safe and available to you. Our uptime is recorded at 99.999% over the last year! 

Fully Managed Software

Another big advantage that ShippersEdge has over other Transportation Management Systems is that it is a fully managed system.  You do not need to train a super user to support your system.   Our Helpdesk is there to step in any time you need training or support.  It saves time, money and burden on your IT department.

Seamless Integration

ShippersEdge can integrate with almost any ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, E-Commerce, Dispatching and accounting system.  Multiple methods are available including API's, EDI, FTP and direct database read.  For those who do not wish to integrate ShippersEdge can be used as a stand alone system and/or configured to allow import and export of flat files in a variety of formats such as Excel, SVC and TXT.
